Inward-Flow Rotary Microfilter for Industrial Wastewater Treatment
The Inward-Flow Microfilter (also known as a rotary microfilter) is a precision filtration machine specifically engineered for solid-liquid separation in industrial wastewater. Its core function is to effectively remove suspended particles larger than 0.2mm from the wastewater.
Operating Principle
During operation, sewage smoothly and evenly flows into the rotating screen cylinder through a buffer inlet. Driven by the rotation of the screen cylinder and the internal slag-guiding spiral, the intercepted debris is continuously discharged from the opposite end, while the filtered clear water exits through the screen gaps, achieving highly efficient and continuous mechanical separation.

Key Features & Advantages
- Buffered Inlet for Even Distribution: Equipped with a specialized buffer water inlet, the sewage flows gently and evenly into the screen cylinder. This steady flow state drastically improves the utilization rate of the filtration screen and significantly increases the overall processing capacity.
- High-Efficiency Chain Drive: Utilizes a chain transmission system to rotate the screen cylinder, guaranteeing highly direct, stable power transmission and exceptional mechanical efficiency.
- Integrated Backwash Anti-Clogging System: Features an integrated backwash device that actively cleans the mesh during operation, fundamentally preventing screen blockages and ensuring long-term continuous operation.
- Comprehensive Splash Prevention: Anti-overflow plates installed on both sides of the machine thoroughly prevent sewage splashing during high-speed filtration, maintaining a clean and hygienic operating environment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How small of an impurity can this microfilter intercept?
The equipment is designed to effectively remove all suspended dirt and particles larger than 0.2mm from industrial wastewater. It exhibits exceptional removal rates particularly for particles larger than 0.37mm and 0.75mm.
Will the filtration screen become completely clogged after prolonged operation?
No. The equipment was designed with this exact issue in mind and comes standard with a backwash device. It automatically flushes the screen during operation, effectively preventing mesh blockage and ensuring the continuous, smooth passage of water.
Will the equipment cause a messy, splashed environment during operation?
The operating environment remains very clean. The machine features anti-overflow plates on both sides that strictly seal the working area of the wastewater. This entirely prevents sewage from splashing outward, preserving the cleanliness of your workshop or facility.
